Inventory Tracking and Disposal Online Course Overview
This self-paced online training course will prepare Oklahoma county government staff to track and identify fixed and consumable inventories to maintain compliance with state statutes. This course covers statutory requirements and the forms required to maintain the system. In addition, the roles and responsibilities of county officers, department heads, receiving/inventory officers, and others involved in the inventory process are outlined in detail throughout the course.
Payment
County employees must register first on the County Training Program Online Registration site to receive credit and be invoiced for the online course.

After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the types of inventory as set forth in the statutes.
- Identify the inventory reporting requirements.
- Outline the roles and responsibilities in the inventory tracking process.
- Describe the methods of inventory disposition.
- Recognize internal control procedures to maintain inventory compliance.
Course Outline
You can work on this course any time, 24/7 for up to 60 days. You will engage in learning activities and take quizzes. The course is divided into six modules, which can be completed at your own pace. Each module should take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
To complete the course, you must access all pages and earn at least 80% on all assessments. A certificate will be available to download after the course is completed.
